 Hey #brushbabes, we know life happens but here are some important things you should know before booking:

Services & Booking // Please refer to our service pricing and details prior to making an appointment so there are no surprises. Services are set up a la cart style to make it easy. All new clients MUST fill out our new client booking form prior to being scheduled.

Time // Our colour appointments are custom to each and every client. If you are receiving a colour or extension appointment, please allow anywhere from 2-4 hours for said appointment. We cannot and will not rush through any appointment as the integrity of your hair is of the utmost importance to us.

Payments // We accept all major credit cards, including Amex, cash and Interac.

New Extension Clients // All new extension clients MUST fill out the consultation form located in our Instagram bio. A 50% deposit is required to book the install after your consultation and is non-refundable.

Late appointments // If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment; we will need to reschedule with a credit card on file.

Cancellations & Rebooking // 48hrs notice is required for any cancellations & or rebooking. If a same day cancellation occurs, a credit card will be required to book any future appointments.

No Shows // will not be tolerated and will not be rebooked.

Children // While we love your little ones, we do not have the space to accomodate any children or guests for the entirety of your appointment.

These policies are put in place so every appointment can run smoothly and on time. We consistently book 2-12 weeks in advance depending on stylist and highly suggest pre-booking your next appointments to guarantee a spot.
